Job summary

ACT Government Education is seeking a Digital Service Design Officer to research user needs and create engaging, user-centred digital experiences using Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint. The role includes developing and publishing collaboration site content to support schools and teachers.

The successful candidate will assess software requests from schools, prepare briefs for EBM approval, and work with ICT security officers, vendors and partners to deploy Teaching and Learning

Qualifications

• Research and assess user needs to design engaging, user-centred digital experiences.
• Collaborate with education teams to publish site content and services.
• Support school staff with digital tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, training and guidance to teachers and school staff.
• Develop briefs on software requirements, costs and security risks for EBM approvals.
• Work with ICT security officers and vendors to package and deploy Teaching and Learning systems.
