Job summary

Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Service Owner to lead the ongoing management and improvement of a portfolio of Student Administration and Health & Wellbeing digital products for Victorian government schools. You will translate operational needs into prioritised product improvements and work with schools, policy owners and delivery teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Technology or Business.
• Proven experience leading product teams using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve a portfolio of digital products and services for Victorian schools.
• Collaborate with schools, policy owners and tech teams to translate needs into product improvements.
• Shape roadmaps, prioritise enhancements and influence delivery decisions.
