Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Education to drive satisfaction, retention and growth for CT’s education customers in Sydney. You’ll build trusted relationships with school leaders, ICT teams and stakeholders, translate needs into practical outcomes and lead proactive success planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Understanding of managed IT services and technology environments in education.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with school leaders and ICT teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of education customers, building trusted relationships with school principals and ICT leaders.
• Understand each school’s priorities, technology roadmap and budget considerations.
• Act as the primary relationship owner to ensure customers realise value from CT’s services.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth through proactive engagement and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce CT technology services aligned with school priorities.
• Lead business reviews and translate service performance into practical outcomes.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales and Projects to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor customer health, risks and feedback to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Support adoption of new technologies to maximise school investment.
