Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an Information Management & EDRMS Advisor to shape how information is governed, protected and leveraged across the organisation. You will lead governance, optimise the EDRMS platform and act as a trusted SME driving best-practice information management and transformative initiatives.

You will build organisational capability through training, stakeholder engagement and contributing to digital transformation programs across Unitywater.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Records Management or Information Management, or equivalent lifecycle experience.
• Experience administering or improving EDRMS or similar information systems.
• Strong understanding of information governance, retention and disposal.
• Experience developing information management frameworks and governance tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience handling confidential information with privacy and security controls.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead information management excellence through governance frameworks and policies.
• Manage and optimise Unitywater’s EDRMS platform for reliability and user experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting projects and organisational change.
• Drive continuous improvement to unlock value from information assets.
• Deliver training and stakeholder engagement to build information management capability.
