NSW Health's Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking an Emergency Department and Switchboard Administration Officer to support two busy facilities on a 24/7 rotating roster. You will manage patient administration in the ED, coordinate hospital-wide telephony and paging, and respond to emergency call-outs with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration and/or customer service role with face-to-face and telephone-based services.
• Strong verbal and written communication when dealing with distressed patients/families.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team with problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with IT systems and MS Office; health-related programs valued.

Responsabilités
