Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an ECP Functional Specialist to optimise and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. You will partner with People Operations, Digital & Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable payroll solutions and enhanced employee experience.

You will act as the ECP SME, lead payroll system enhancements, testing, and governance for upgrades, while building capability through coaching and documentation.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience leading payroll system enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ANZ payroll legislation, superannuation, awards, enterprise agreements and compliance.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Stakeholder management across People, Payroll, Finance and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Optimise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform to align with business needs.
• Lead payroll system support, stabilisation activities, incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Partner with People Operations, Technology, vendors and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable payroll solutions.
• Support testing and governance for upgrades and changes; ensure compliant, robust deployments.
• Drive payroll compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Build capability in ECP through coaching, training and documentation.
