Job summary
Lounge Lovers Furniture is seeking an Ecommerce Trade Specialist to support the day-to-day trading performance of the website. You will work with the Ecommerce & CRM manager to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and execute onsite initiatives that boost conversion, revenue and customer experience.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in Ecommerce or online trading, preferably in retail.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, UPT).
- Experience using website analytics and customer behaviour tools to inform actions.
- Experience launching campaigns, promotions and product merchandising online.
Responsibilities
- Drive online trading performance and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance: conversion, AOV, UPT and channel performance.
- Support online trade calendar: promotions, launches and hero features.
- Ensure products are launch-ready, discoverable and well merchandised online.
- Improve conversion and customer experience across the website.
- Use analytics and feedback to identify opportunities and translate into actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Planning and Retail to align online activity.
