Job summary

eBay is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional in Sydney to manage the flow of products through inbound/outbound processing and collaborate with multiple teams. You will help fulfill orders and ensure on-time delivery, acting as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, and authentication specialists.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, problem solving, and a proactive approach to improving processes in a fast-paced environment, with occasional extended hours and weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments from various couriers and prepare orders for shipment by assigning shipping labels and vital packaging.
• Handling and resolving issues with inventory coming from our Seller to the Authenticator and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
• Handling and resolving other operational and technical issues that arise between the Authenticator and eBay
• Identify overall process improvements & enable efficiencies
• Investigate missing or wrong information between eBay and our Partner, which is holding up our Partner’s ability to process transactions
• Research and track shipping issues (e.g. No tracking number/shipping query etc.)
• Will be responsible for communicating with Buyers and Sellers occasionally, on behalf of the eBay stakeholder to achieve a satisfactory outcome
• Take ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for our customers
• Maintain a clean work area to help protect merchandise from damage
• Flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
