Job summary

You will directly support the Head of eCommerce & Digital, driving online trade activities, CRO strategies and project delivery across merchandising, campaigns and analytics.

This role offers 1 day WFH, flexi-hours, a stunning Sydney office, and exposure to agency partnerships with top digital leaders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an eCommerce Specialist/Coordinator role within retail.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics.
• Experience with onsite merchandising and product uploads.

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimise Online eCommerce performance alongside the Head of eCommerce & Digital.
• Lead online merchandising, CRO, and trade reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver seamless online experiences.
• Develop customer engagement strategies to boost loyalty and conversions.

The opportunity to join one of Australia's leading Luxury Ready-to-Wear Fashion labels, with huge global scope & strong Online focus. Recognised for their bold designs & expressive colour palettes, you'd directly support the Head of eCommerce & Digital, in driving, shaping & executing online trade activities, CRO strategies and project delivery.

The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal part in the growth & optimisation of the Online eCommerce businesses, working directly alongside the Head of eCommerce & Digital, working across online merchandising, conversion rate optimisation & trade reporting. You'll gain exposure to Agency-management, working alongside best-in-class partners, to deliver seamless online experiences for a global customer base.

You'll identify key areas of opportunity & growth, be customer-centric in everything you do, driving customer engagement, loyalty & increased conversions.

Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:

• Demonstrated background in eCommerce ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an eCommerce Specialist, Executive or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo & Google Analytics is a must, with the ability to interpret identify key data trends
• Solid experience with onsite merchandising, product uploading, as well as technical backend platform management
• Exposure to working alongside Development Agency partners would be super advantageous
• Experience with crafting & delivering EDM campaigns, that capture customers and drive strong brand Loyalty, with hands on experience in Klaviyo would be majorly advantageous
• Solid experience with product uploading, onsite merchandising and content strategies, as well as backend platform management
• A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further
