Talentd Recruitment on the Gold Coast invites a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising. You will own the customer journey and CRM strategy, building segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo.

Lead a small team and collaborate with the founder and leadership on strategic priorities, including growth into the US market. This is a full-time, office-based role with one WFH day weekly.

Qualifications

• Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising.
• Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving online revenue and retention.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to communicate a premium product without gimmicks.
• Collaborative style suited to a fast-moving small business environment.
