Job summary

Twinings & Co is seeking an eCommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online activity across Amazon and eGrocery, ensuring listings are accurate and campaigns are optimized. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, agencies and retailers to keep products easy to find online and to improve the shopping experience.

The role is hands-on with routine tasks and some budgeting decisions resting with the National Business Manager - eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising or similar roles.
• Experience updating online listings or content via retailer portals or marketplaces.
• Understanding of how content, search visibility and availability affect online sales.
• Intermediate Excel skills (filters, lookups, pivot tables) and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive in follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Amazon catalogue in Vendor Central; maintain accuracy and ASIN mappings.
• Manage eGrocery product content and digital shelf updates.
• Set up and optimize CitrusAd/retail media campaigns; monitor budgets and performance.
• Prepare regular reports on Amazon, eGrocery, digital shelf and media activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, agencies and retailers to ensure availability and visibility online.
