Job summary

Harris Farm is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimise our online shopping experience across channels. You will manage product data, pricing, promotions, and listings while leading a small Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator.

You will monitor order fulfillment, ensure inventory accuracy, translate performance metrics into strategy, and coach your team to handle routine work independently with clear guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on ecommerce or digital trading experience
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals and channel economics
• Able to analyze ecommerce metrics and translate into decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage product data across ecommerce channels: catalogs, pricing, promotions, and listings
• Monitor order fulfillment end-to-end and escalate issues to warehouse team
• Own customer issues and refunds with support and fulfillment teams
• Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and warehouse systems
• Track and report on channel performance and translate data into actionable insights
• Develop customer retention initiatives with your manager
• Lead and develop the Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator, providing coaching and feedback
