Job summary

TP-Link Australia is seeking an eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. You will coordinate warehouse and inventory activities, manage order fulfilment, and handle customer service across our eCommerce platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in eCommerce operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP, or warehouse management systems. This role is based in Sydney and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics coordination, inventory management or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and reconcile warehouse invoices.
• Order & Logistics Operations: Coordinate order fulfilment, SKU creation and mapping, inventory synchronisation, returns and exchanges across ERP and eCommerce platforms.
• Customer Service & After-Sales: Handle customer enquiries, order issues, warranty claims, returns and refunds, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely issue resolution.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain operational reports covering inventory, orders, logistics costs, returns and customer service performance.
• Platform Operations: Support daily product listing maintenance and operational activities across eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics coordination, inventory management or customer service.

Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ERP or warehouse management systems is preferred.

Strong customer service mindset, with patience, empathy and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics providers and internal teams.

Self-motivated, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
