Job summary

Zenith, the retail media arm within Publicis Groupe, seeks an eCommerce Director to lead strategic direction and operational excellence across AU/NZ retail media and marketplace activation. You will set gold standards for planning, activation, optimization and measurement of commerce outcomes, partnering with senior leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance media and retail media leadership.
• Proven experience managing Amazon Ads, DSPs and CitrusAd at scale.
• Experience leading multi-client portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong forecasting, resource planning, pricing and profitability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution across Amazon Ads & DSP, CitrusAd/Epsilon and other channels.
• Ensure performance excellence across AU/NZ teams.
• Defines channel playbooks and growth frameworks for clients.
• Oversee weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting across platforms.
• Build, update and QA dashboards in Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
