Job description

Drive digital marketing and ecommerce growth for a global consumer brand

Lovehoney Group is the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company, with a mission to elevate pleasure through innovative technology, data-driven thinking and fresh perspectives on intimacy.

With more than 800 people across 11 global offices, we are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Local Markets Ecommerce team and help drive growth across Australia and the wider region.

This is a broad digital marketing role combining digital strategy, performance marketing, ecommerce and commercial analysis. You’ll use customer and performance data to identify growth opportunities and work with specialist teams to turn those opportunities into action.

You won’t necessarily be the person pressing every button. Instead, you’ll connect the bigger digital picture – understanding what’s driving performance, where we should invest and what needs to change to accelerate growth.

What you’ll do
  • Drive digital growth strategy: Identify and prioritise opportunities across digital acquisition, onsite experience, campaigns, promotions, conversion and customer growth.

  • Optimise channel performance: Work closely with Performance Marketing specialists across paid search, paid social, affiliates and other acquisition channels. Review performance weekly (ROAS/cROI,), recommend where to shift budget, LP optimisation and be clear on where platform-reported numbers can't be trusted.

  • Own conversion and onsite performance: Own the funnel from landing page to checkout. Use GA4 and CRO tooling to find drop-off, work with CRO & Analytics to build and prioritise the test backlog, and back changes by commercial impact (conversion, AOV, margin).

  • Connect marketing and ecommerce: Partner with Onsite & Trade, CRO & Analytics, Brand and Category teams to create a joined‑up customer journey from campaign through to conversion.

  • Turn data into action: Monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, channel performance, revenue and margin to understand what's driving results and recommend what should happen next.

  • Support budgets and forecasting: Help manage annual planning, marketing investment, budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against plan and identifying corrective actions.

  • Understand the local market: Use customer behaviour, competitor activity, search trends and market insights to identify new growth opportunities and influence global strategy.

  • Influence across teams: Bring specialist teams together around clear marketing priorities and commercial outcomes, using data and insight to influence without direct authority.

What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, ecommerce or a similar digital role.

  • Hands‑on understanding of paid search, paid social and affiliates, enough to audit an account and challenge a specialist's recommendation.

  • Proven results improving conversion rate or onsite performance, with a specific example you can talk through in numbers.

  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools, and the ability to prioritise tests by commercial impact.

  • Experience using marketing and ecommerce data to improve performance and make investment decisions, including knowing where platform-reported numbers can't be trusted.

  • Understanding of the full digital customer journey, from acquisition through to onsite experience and conversion.

  • Experience with digital marketing budgets, forecasting and performance metrics such as ROAS/cROI, conversion, AOV and revenue.

  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence specialist teams without direct authority.

  • Ecommerce platform experience (e.g. SFCC, Shopify, Magento).

  • Curiosity about customers, competitors, digital trends and emerging technologies, including AI.

  • Experience in consumer ecommerce, retail or another digitally led business would be highly valuable.

Are you a high‑performing Digital Marketing Executive ready for your next step? We’d also love to hear from ambitious candidates who have built strong digital marketing experience and are ready to take on broader ownership and influence.

What we offer
  • Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in our Brisbane office.

  • Global bonus opportunity based on individual and company performance.

  • 50% global employee discount across Lovehoney products.

  • Free onsite parking.

  • A down to earth, high‑performing and fun team.

  • Exposure to a global ecommerce business and international market teams.

  • Genuine opportunity to influence digital strategy and market growth.

  • Learning and development opportunities.

  • Employee Assistance Programme.
