Alquemie Group is seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on eCommerce Manager to own our online channel. You’ll lead CRO, SEO, merchandising and site development while coordinating content, campaigns and product launches to maximise revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll connect strategy, data and execution, guiding the trading calendar and driving growth across the customer journey. A high-impact leadership role awaits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' hands-on eCommerce experience in retail or fashion.
• Experience with CRO, SEO, merchandising and website optimisation.
• Analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable decisions.
• Strategic yet hands-on, thriving with changing pace and priorities.
• Passionate about customer experience, digital innovation and online growth.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end performance of the eCommerce website, driving sales growth through CRO, customer experience improvements and conversion tool optimisation.
• Build and execute the promotional and trading calendar, managing onsite merchandising, product launches and category optimisation to maximise revenue at every touchpoint.
• Oversee content workflows and ensure all products and campaigns go live accurately, on time and on brief.
• Lead website development projects in collaboration with developers and external agencies, delivering enhancements and new functionality that move the needle.
• Analyse customer behaviour, website performance and trading data to uncover growth opportunities, while supporting international expansion and marketplace integrations.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to optimise the customer journey and support wider digital growth.
• Manage the digital tools, platforms and integrations that support the channel, working with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly.
• Get involved across the wider digital function, jumping between projects and priorities to support the team wherever the business needs it most.
