Role Description The Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant is an on-site position based in Rosebery, NSW, with part-time, casual or full-time employment options available depending on the successful candidate.

This role is responsible for processing online orders, including picking, packing and preparing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Daily tasks include updating order statuses, managing returns and exchanges, and maintaining organised inventory in the fulfilment area.

The role also involves responding to ecommerce customer queries, coordinating with the customer service and retail teams, and supporting stocktakes and replenishment for the online store.

The successful candidate will be expected to follow fulfilment procedures, uphold brand presentation standards and contribute to a smooth, efficient ecommerce customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on supporting online shoppers and resolving order-related issues.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal teams and customers.
• Basic Sales understanding, with the ability to support promotional activities and assist in cross-selling or upselling where appropriate.
• Competence in Invoicing and order processing, including accurate data entry and management of ecommerce platforms or POS systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for managing inventory, prioritizing tasks, and meeting fulfilment deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or retail environment, with the ability to stand, move, and handle stock throughout a shift.
• Experience in fashion retail or ecommerce fulfilment is advantageous, along with familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes.
• Reliable, proactive approach to work, with the ability to follow procedures and contribute positively to a small, collaborative team.
