Job summary

Love to Dream™ is seeking a detail-driven Ecommerce Coordinator in Sydney to bring products to market across five markets. You will own product setup in our PIM, create Shopify pages and ensure accurate data and localization for AU, US, UK, EU and CA.

You’ll collaborate with the eCommerce, Product and Brand teams, leverage AI to speed up workflows, and report on launch performance at weekly reviews. This is hands-on with real ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify experience building templates and landing pages.
• Experience managing product data at scale in a PIM.
• Detail-obsessed with ability to meet deadlines across markets.

Responsibilities

• Bring new products to market from PIM to Shopify live across AU, US, UK, EU and CA.
• Build launch landing pages and navigation using Shopify theme sections and templates.
• Maintain data quality, attributes, naming and taxonomy as the range grows.
• Manage localisation across markets using AI tools and translation services.
• Keep launch calendars and cross-team alignment for dates.
• Set up and test launch offers, bundles and multibuys.
• Collaborate with SEO agency on product-level SEO and URLs.
• Report on first four weeks of trade for each new launch.
