Job summary

Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Bondi Beach team. This hands-on role covers SEO, AI-driven discovery, site merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing in a growing D2C beauty brand.

Bring 1–3 years in ecommerce or digital marketing, comfort with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and analytics. You’ll work closely with the Head of Ecommerce from day one in a supportive, small-team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on with Shopify, Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing.
• Comfort with numbers and dashboards.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it impacts discovery and shopping.
• Strong organisation, multitasking and stakeholder management.
• Strong writing skills for blogs or web content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ecommerce engine: SEO and AI discovery, site merchandising, CRM and performance marketing.
• Report to Head of Ecommerce and collaborate with CRM, paid media, creative and web teams.
• Support launches, content, and on-site promotions.
• Coordinate with web agency for data quality and structured data.
• Own regular reporting on conversions, AOV, sessions and visibility metrics.
