Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Bondi Beach team. This hands-on role covers SEO, AI-driven discovery, site merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing in a growing D2C beauty brand.
Bring 1–3 years in ecommerce or digital marketing, comfort with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and analytics. You’ll work closely with the Head of Ecommerce from day one in a supportive, small-team environment.

- 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on with Shopify, Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing.
- Comfort with numbers and dashboards.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it impacts discovery and shopping.

This is a hands-on role across the whole ecommerce engine: SEO and AI-driven search, site merchandising and content, CRM, performance marketing and data. You'll report to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with our CRM, paid media, creative and web teams.
You'll get real responsibility from day one, with close guidance and support. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a growing D2C beauty brand actually makes money online.
- Lead our AI search visibility project day to day, under close guidance from the Head of Ecommerce. The goal is to get Ere Perez recommended when people ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and others about clean makeup and skincare
- Drive SEO improvements across product, collection and content pages
- Coordinate structured data, product data quality, on-site content and FAQ improvements with our web agency and SEO partners
- Track how and where the brand appears in search and AI answers, and report on progress
- Keep the Shopify storefront fresh, accurate and on-brand: product pages, collections, banners, bundles, gift-with-purchase and promotional set-up
- Own the Ere Perez blog: plan, write and publish educational articles (routines, ingredients, skin concerns) that build search and AI visibility, and give us useful content to link to from product pages, emails and ads
- Help roll out new launches and sale events on site
- Support the build and optimisation of Klaviyo email and SMS flows (welcome, replenishment, routine-building, win-back) and campaign sends
- Help set up segmentation and automations that drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value
- Be a right hand to our paid media lead across Google Ads and Meta: day-to-day account housekeeping, campaign set-up support, and keeping on top of the detail
- Explore and test AI and automation tools across our ad accounts to save time and improve results
- Keep weekly performance tracking up to date (ROAS, MER, CAC) and flag what's working and what isn't
- Learn the fundamentals of budget and bid management with a clear path to take on more over time
- Own regular reporting on conversion rate, AOV and sessions, plus SEO and AI visibility metrics
- Help improve tracking accuracy so we're making decisions on clean, reliable data
- Turn numbers into clear, practical recommendations
Be the day-to-day point of contact for our web development agency: briefing tasks, managing the backlog, testing and QA-ing releases, and keeping projects on track
- 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with at least some of the following: Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing
- Comfort with numbers. You like spreadsheets, can read a dashboard and want to know why a metric moved
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing the way people discover and shop for products
- Strong organisation. You can juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
- Strong writing skills (blog or web content experience a plus) and an eye for detail
- Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, campaigns)
- Meta Ads Manager experience
- GA4 or Shopify analytics
- Basic HTML/Liquid, or familiarity with schema/structured data
- An interest in beauty, skincare or clean/natural products
- A growing team with real career development. This role is designed to grow with the business
