Job summary

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic College in Alice Springs hosts an ECEC Services Leader role. The successful candidate will report to the Leader of Education and Care Services at the Catholic Education Office, Northern Territory, guiding ELC and OSHC operations across two services.

They will lead teams, drive regulatory and pedagogical excellence, and foster a safe, inclusive Catholic environment aligned with CENT policies.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with HLTAID012, plus leadership experience in an ECEC setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills to guide staff and ensure quality outcomes.
• Experience building a capable and engaged workforce; compliance with regulations and CENT policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and pedagogical excellence across ELC and OSHC services.
• Oversee budgets, enrolments, staff ratios and day-to-day operations across two services.
• Drive EYLF V2, MTOP V2 and NQS implementation and continuous improvement.
