ECEC Candidate Manager: Fast-Track to Permanent Role

Job summary

QuickCare is expanding its recruitment team in Summer Hill, Sydney, to manage candidate sourcing and onboarding for the early childhood education sector. This 3-month contract offers visa sponsorship when transitioning to a permanent role, reflecting our growth and the pace of our peak period.

You will drive the candidate funnel from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with our consultants and GM of Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment resourcing or high-volume sourcing.
• Background in early childhood education (ECEC) preferred.
• Strong phone-based communication and highly organised.
• Knowledge of ECEC qualifications and WWCC compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing educators, Early Childhood Teachers and leadership candidates via SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn, database, referrals.
• Writing and posting job ads, and managing applicant responses.
• Phone screening candidates on qualifications, experience, availability and location.
• Managing onboarding and compliance checks (qualifications, WWCC, first aid, references, right to work).
• Keeping our casual talent pool active, engaged and growing.
• Shortlisting and briefing candidates for permanent roles with consultants.
• Be the friendly first point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Keep candidate records accurate in JobAdder and HubSpot.
