Job summary

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, project delivery and capability uplift experience, with a track record in training and implementation within the ECE sector.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and capability uplift to workforces.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project management experience in government or education sector.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to promote Information Sharing and Child Link in eligible ECE services.
• Provide capability uplift activities, including training for Information Sharing Schemes and Child Link across Victoria, focusing on ECE workforces.
• Collaborate with partners in education and across departments to engage key workforces in accessing Child Link.
• Travel across Victoria as required to support stakeholder activities.
• Prepare papers, project plans and presentations as required.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and develop collateral to support workforces.
