Job summary

Nude Lucy is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our VIC footprint at Eastland. You’ll drive an elevated in-store experience, motivate a boutique team, and manage commercial outcomes while upholding the Nude Lucy ethos.

Lead with purpose, coach your team, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure brand consistency. This role offers growth within a dynamic retail group and a supportive environment.

• Proven leadership experience in fashion or boutique retail

• A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiences
