BHP Group is seeking an accomplished leader to join WAIO as Manager Projects Eastern, guiding engineering, governance and delivery across the Eastern Pilbara. The role oversees a diverse portfolio including processing and site infrastructure upgrades, rehabilitation and risk investments, and leads a team of engineers and superintendents on site.

• Supporting the delivery of operational and strategic objectives across the Eastern Pilbara operations.
• Partnering with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Asset teams to create sustainable value.
• Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.
• Providing oversight of material risk management, including critical infrastructure and operational risk controls.
