Qualifications

• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2-3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned to each child’s individual needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold a safe, nurturing environment.
