Edge Early Learning in Laidley, Queensland, is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our purpose-built centre. You will plan engaging educational activities, build strong connections with children and families, and uphold a safe, supportive environment.

We invite Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to apply. Your hourly rate is negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with access to our Worker Retention Payment.

Qualificações

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching accepted with 2–3 years Educator experience in long day care.
• Ability to plan engaging programs and connect with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned to each child’s needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
