Job summary

A bachelor's degree and 5–8+ years in clinical trials are required, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years' experience in roles with clinical trial relevance.
• Minimum of 5 years' clinical trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for projects.
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways and governance.
• Define clear responsibilities and communication channels for regional/vendor leads.
• Accountable for on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrate financial stewardship and align resources to budget.
