IKEA is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Co-worker to help keep the store fully stocked and prepared for customers. You will work as part of a supportive team and contribute to efficient daily operations across Market Hall, furniture and self-serve areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment or retail environments.
• Collaborative mindset and confident communication with co-workers across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving stock safely.
• Comfortable using digital tools and inventory systems.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following processes.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across all store areas to maintain high product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Move and handle goods safely using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Restock furniture and home furnishing items, from small accessories to large items.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily store operations.
