Job summary

IKEA in Sydney is hiring a Warehouse Co-worker to join our fast-paced team. You will pick, pack and check products for orders, replenish stock, and help maintain stock accuracy and high availability.

You will use handheld devices to manage stock movements, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with colleagues across departments. This role requires physical fitness, flexibility to work weekends, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication with co-workers across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and inventory systems.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
• Forklift LF license or experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and checking products for orders.
• Replenishing stock to maintain product availability.
• Monitoring inventory levels and investigating discrepancies.
• Moving and handling goods with pallet jacks and equipment.
• Restocking furniture and home furnishings from small to large items.
• Using handheld devices to manage stock movements.
• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and sales floor.
• Following IKEA safety procedures and standards.
