Job summary

AAA Fresh is seeking a full-time warehouse data entry assistant based at our Wetherill Park warehouse. You will handle freight processing, maintain records across warehouse and admin functions, and support schedules and deadlines for dispatches.

The role requires good MS Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A current driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse data entry or similar preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accurate record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process freight in and freight out dockets.
• Manage schedules and deadlines for dispatch of orders.
• Cross check customer stock sheets.
• Stock management and orders for pallets and crates.
• Record keeping for packing stock on production lines.
• Communicate stock availability with clients.
• Update purchase orders with accuracy.
• Daily record keeping for stock sent to markets.
• Barcoding and labeling.
