Job summary

AAA Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Warehouse Data Entry Operator for our Wetherill Park warehouse. The role runs 5am–1pm, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).

You will support packing operations by processing freight dockets, managing dispatch schedules, and maintaining accurate stock records. Ideal candidates have strong communication, good MS Office skills, and the ability to prioritise and work independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work autonomously.
• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse data entry position or similar desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process freight in and freight out dockets.
• Manage schedules and deadlines for dispatch of interstate and local orders.
• Cross check customer stock sheets.
• Stock management and orders for pallets and crates.
• Record keeping for all packing of stock done on production lines.
• Communicate stock availability with clients.
• Daily record keeping for all stock sent to markets.
• Barcoding and labelling.
