Job summary

AAA Fresh is seeking a full-time warehouse data entry assistant based at our Wetherill Park warehouse. You will handle freight processing, maintain records across warehouse and admin functions, and support schedules and deadlines for dispatches.

The role requires good MS Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A current driver's license is preferred.

Job description

A full-time position in the fresh food packing industry based at our Wetherill Park warehouse. You will work 5am - 1pm, Monday to Friday (38 hrs pw). The role involves processing freight, managing schedules and deadlines, and maintaining accurate records across warehouse and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Process freight in and freight out dockets
• Manage schedules and deadlines for dispatch of interstate and local orders
• Cross check customer stock sheets
• Stock management and orders for pallets and crates
• Record keeping for all packing of stock done on production lines
• Communicate stock availability with clients
• Accuracy and attention to detail with all updates to purchase orders
• Daily record keeping for all stock sent to markets
• Barcoding and labelling

About you

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in use of MS Office suite
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work autonomously
• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse data entry position or similar desirable
• Positive friendly personality
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Current driver's license and vehicle preferred
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
