Job summary

Meadow Lane Early Learning in Maroochydore is seeking an Educator who will build warm relationships with children and families, supporting learning through play-based experiences and daily routines. You will work closely with your room team and leaders, learning and contributing to reflective practice and quality improvement, while being guided by experienced staff.

This role offers educator-led approaches, flexible opportunities, and a nurturing environment where growth is encouraged and valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care is required.
• Demonstrated love of working with children.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and engage in reflective practice.
• Value teamwork, relationships and open communication.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card.

The Role – Educator

This role is ideal for Educators who hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care

As an Educator at Meadow Lane, you will:

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Support children’s learning through play-based experiences and daily routines
• Work collaboratively with your room team and leaders
• Learn and contribute to reflective practice and quality improvement
• Be supported with creative, educator-led approaches

You’ll be guided by experienced Lead Educators and supported by our Pedagogy and Centre Leadership teams every step of the way.
