Meadow Lane Early Learning in Maroochydore is seeking an Educator who will build warm relationships with children and families, supporting learning through play-based experiences and daily routines. You will work closely with your room team and leaders, learning and contributing to reflective practice and quality improvement, while being guided by experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care is required.
• Demonstrated love of working with children.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and engage in reflective practice.
• Value teamwork, relationships and open communication.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card.
