Mayfield Early Education is seeking a passionate Casual Educator for Lyrebird Early Learning Centre in Carrum Downs, to lead with heart and nurture a warm, home-like environment where every child feels safe and inspired.

Required: Cert III in Early Childhood or equivalent, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR; knowledge of EYLF and NQS; training in child protection, Red Nose and food safety; availability Mon–Fri 6:30am–6:30pm.

What We’re Looking for in You

You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled Educator ready to create meaningful experiences for our children and families.Your ability to demonstrate genuine care makes you theperfect fit.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum Cert III or equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid Working with Children Card and currentFirst Aid or CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of Child SafeStandards, EYLF, and NQS.
• Training in childprotection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
  
• A proactive,collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
• Full Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm (preferred)
