You will work with families and professionals to deliver evidence-informed assessment and targeted, time-limited support across home, early childhood and school settings, building skills and confidence for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Registration/Professional membership as a Physiotherapist.
• Knowledge of child development and early intervention principles.
• Experience with 0–8 years and families.
• Apply sound clinical reasoning in assessment and advice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with families and services.
• Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed Physiotherapist assessment and intervention tailored to each child and family.
• Build parents’ and carers’ knowledge and confidence for everyday activities.
• Deliver targeted, time-limited support to aid participation and inclusion.
• Collaborate with home, early childhood and school settings to adapt approaches.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team across allied health and Thriving Kids roles.
