Job summary

Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Sydney is launching Junior Childcare Traineeships for school leavers. You’ll be enrolled in the nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121) and complete an 18-month paid traineeship in our St Helens Park and Ingleburn teams.

Applicants must be at least 17, turning 18 this year, with Year 12 leavers encouraged in 2026. Benefits include fee-free training, a complimentary uniform, staff discounts on childcare fees,
