3 Steps Early Learning in Camden South is offering a traineeship for a Trainee Educator to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while earning a wage and being mentored by a team of professional Educators. You will join a centre that places education and child development first.

Qualifikationen

• No previous qualifications in Early Childhood and have not completed a Certificate III or Diploma Traineeship.
• Genuine desire to care for and develop children aged 0 to 5.
• Have completed, or be willing to complete, a Working With Children Check.
• Recent year completion: Year 12 in 2025, or Year 11 in 2024 or Year 10 in 2023.

3 Steps Early Learning is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our dedicated team at our centre in Camden South. You will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst earning a wage and be mentored by a dedicated team of professional Educators and Trainer. To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have completed, or be willing to complete, a Working With Children Check.
• Recently completed year 12 in 2025, or year 11 in 2024 or year 10 in 2023.
