Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Mortdale is seeking an Early Childhood Trainee to start a career in education while completing a Certificate III. You will gain practical experience under supervision and have study time allocated to finish your qualification.

This 12-month fixed-term, full-time position runs Monday to Friday, with support to complete your qualification and develop foundational skills in safe, inclusive learning environments for young children.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Enrolled or willing to enrol in a ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow guidance of experienced educators.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Commitment to child safety and inclusive environment for every child.

About the Role
