Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Kingswood, NSW, seeks a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our busy service. You will create meaningful learning experiences, deliver EYLF-aligned programs, and support children's safety and wellbeing in a warm, inclusive environment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. You will work with skilled educators and families to foster child development and confidence every day.

Competenze

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant regulations.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• Strong communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
• Genuine commitment to child safety, safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant Kingswood Service.

About the role

As an Early Childhood Educator at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and our service philosophy, while creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Child safety is at the heart of everything we do. You will maintain active supervision, embed safeguarding practices into your everyday work and collaborate with fellow educators and families to support each child's wellbeing, confidence and love of learning.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
