Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Toongabbie is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver meaningful learning experiences that support children’s learning, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–6:00 pm. You must have ACECQA-approved qualification, NSW WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR, National Child Protection, Food

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum.
• Lead reflective practice and mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and educational outcomes.
• Observe and document children's learning and development, creating experiences that promote inclusion, independence and school readiness.
• Maintain active supervision and promote high standards of child safety and safeguarding.
• Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, collaborative team culture.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Toongabbie team.

About The Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice. You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
