• Plan and implement play-based kinder programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Lead a team of Educators to deliver the program.
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.
• Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.
• Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm.

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: Mayfield Early Education Cannonvale, Queensland
• Salary: $78,705 to $85,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skillsand experience)

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
• Child Protection training
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness toobtain)
• Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
