Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Cannonvale in Queensland invites an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our caring team. You will plan and deliver play-based kinder programs aligned with EYLF, lead educators, and support children's learning and wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement play-based kinder programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Lead a team of Educators to deliver the program.
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.
• Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.
• Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm.
