Journey Early Learning invites an Early Childhood Teacher to join a dedicated team across Ocean Grove, Lara, and Winchelsea. You will lead learning experiences, support curriculum decisions and collaborate with families to nurture development in a safe, engaging environment.

The role offers immediate access to training and leadership growth opportunities, with emphasis on child safety and community connections within Journey’s values.

Formación

• Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and structure learning in indoor and outdoor environments using varied materials to support development.
• Provide experiences to develop motor skills, social skills, confidence, language through stories, songs and discussions.
• Observe children to monitor progress and well-being, and discuss with parents to support development.
• Engage with community and participate in parent interviews, centre meetings and events.

Educación

Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
