Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group is opening a brand-new 88-place centre in Lucknow, VIC. We’re seeking a Lead Educator to lead the room, shape the culture and leave your mark from day one.

In this permanent part-time role, you’ll lead and inspire your room team, support children’s learning and wellbeing, guide curriculum planning and reflective practice, and build strong relationships with children and families. You’ll bring an ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC and knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC (or higher).
• Experience in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and building team culture.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety.
