Job summary

Journey Early Learning Lucknow is opening a brand-new 88-place centre in November 2026. As Lead Educator, you will lead your room, shape culture, and deliver exceptional experiences for children and families from day one.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC (or higher) is required.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety.
