Leeton Preschool is seeking a passionate, dedicated and forward-thinking BACHELOR qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive and collaborative team. As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality educational program

Have experience as a room leader in an early childhood setting

Work in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Contribute meaningfully to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

Support inclusive practices for children with diverse learning needs

Build respectful, collaborative relationships with families and the local community

Mentor and guide educators within your room

Maintain strong documentation and assessment practices

Contribute fairly and respectfully to team and management discussions

Must have current provisional or proficient NESA accreditation (essential)
