Eden Academy Ellen Grove is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality Kindergarten programs in a vibrant, family-focused setting. You will work closely with leadership and families, weaving EYLF principles into engaging, inclusive experiences for young learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 85 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

• Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
• Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
• Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
• Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
• Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
• Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
