A leading childcare centre in Newcastle-Maitland is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about education. The ideal candidate will inspire children as independent learners while implementing engaging programs in a nurturing environment. Competenze

• Registered Teacher with a current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Full availability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach.
• Natural curiosity and confidence connecting with families and the local community.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention.
• Full availability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare/education.

Eden Academy Wallsend is opening soon — our brand new space for little learners and the passionate teachers who inspire them! We are a child-safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. At Eden Academy, we’re more than a childcare centre — we’re a family. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 90 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Teacher's Registration
• A current Working with Children Check
